I submitted a request last week (since my Hobbyist PAKs expire on July 6th. 2019) via https://www.hpe.com/h41268/live/index_e.aspx?qid=24548 and have only received the "Thank you for contacting HP" acknowledgement.

I've just e-mailed the OpenVMS Customer Lab at HPE to check the status of my request (using an email address given with last year's PAKs) and will report back if I get a response.

I see on http://www.vmssoftware.com/news.html under "HPE to stop selling
VSI OpenVMS Products" a mention of HPE product support for OpenVMS ending
on June 30th, 2019.  I hope they haven't shut up shop early.
