[Info-vax] Access to perform FTP tasks

Hi All,

i am in a position where i now support an OpenVMS application, but with little knowledge of the language.

The developers of the system have just left, and i'm scrambling together any documentation they have left, or not left.

I have an issue with a user that is not able to download a report as they dont have access to FTP the file to a local folder.

however, looking at the account on mc authorize, i can see no difference in an account that can perform the task.

here's the error.

220-Microsoft FTP Service
220 File Transfer Site
Connected to xxxxx transfer file to PC - c:\transfer
331 Password required for xxxFTP.
230-You are using a restricted system, if you are not authorised to do so you may not proceed to use.     
230 User xxxFTP logged in.
550 /TKA: The system cannot find the file specified.
