Looks like you're trying to download a file that isn't in the account that
you're using.
Skip the automated script on the Windows side... ftp in by hand and poke around
and see what is there.
Likely the Windows script is trying to download a file that is in the local
directory, but without seeing the Windows script I don't really know what it
is doing. But ftping in from the command line will let you see what is in
each account.
