And besides, how do I prepare an "prepaid mailer" for an US shipment
from Sweden? It *is* in the US, right? It doesn't say, so I'm guessing
wildly her. Most times that the location is hidden, it *is* the US.

Should I first ask someone in the US to send me that so that I then
can send it back over the pond?

You should of course just accept the payment for the flat rate
international padded envelops (or cardboard boxes, I do not know
the size of the item) that USPS supplies.
