[Info-vax] Andy's VMS 4.7 package - Jnet, CMU/TEK and any alternative TCP/IP stack.

All the CMUTEK kits I found need at least VMS 5.x. The readme says

"For VMS V4.4 through V4.7

The files for CMU-OpenVMS/IP V6.3 are located in /pub/cmuip/vms-v4."

I have been unable to find this "vms-v4" directory anywhere. The only 
promising place seems to be ftp://csus.edu/pub/cmuip/vms-v4 but that 
directory is not public. I sent two emails to their VP Dr. Christine 
Miller (attached) but got no response. Someone somewhere ought to have 
this "vms-v4" directory archived! I also wrote to the computer club @ 
CMU and got no response.
