[Info-vax] Other than Oracle, What MySQL/DBMS options are there for OpenVms?

It is of course just silly to expect some specific number of
changes from a specific version change. Do read the release
notes or "new feutures" manual for the details.

Note also that specifically around the 7.3 release, there was
some "issues" due to the Oracle/HP discussions. 7.3 was released
as the "last supported Rdb version" to one or two selected
customers, just to be able to get it into the official Oracle
documents at that time. After that it took some time before
it become publically available.

There are approx 100 changes and new feauture just in the 7.3
stream, I havn't looked at the 7.0, 7.1 and 7.2 streams...
