Probably not, given the fact that OpenVS is already installed on the new 
servers.

If they don't need to know much about the environment of the two 
production nodes (as Richard mentioned), it's less effort to follow 
Hoff's advice to copy CLUSTER_AUTHORIZE.DAT and adapt SYLOGICALS.COM to 
let the most important logical names point to the same 
files/directories. Be sure to replace "SYS$SYSDEVICE" and related 
references with pointers to the system disk of the production nodes.
