Its early days and not in general release yet, so I'd suggest giving VSI a chance to get
the wrinkles knocked out before complaining too much. Treat it as an early beta, as far as I can 
see they're doing far more with VMS than HPE ever did. 

FWIW the VMS extension for VS Code seems to be worth a look. Definitely makes editing easier, 
although no VMS Pascal specific highlighting as yet, although the available Pascal and DCL extensions
work OK.
