I admit, I don't know of any VMS Pascal specific highlighting. But if
your main interest is in syntax highlighting, then there are more
options. JED has at least a TurboPascal mode. I have JED modes for DCL,
linker options, modparams, MMS/MMK, Bliss, Macro32 and SDL files. I have
an Eclipse plugin with code completion for DCL, linker options and
MMS/MMK files. Let me know, or ask Google.
