Java went "modular" in 9 or 10; you install the JDK, and then build an
installer which will include the modules  you need. So goes the theory.

They also rolled JavaFX back *out*, and for (at least) OpenJDK11 /
OpenJFX11 the JavaFX packager is AWOL, so we had to redo our build scripts
(hello, Maven) and learn some other new tricks along the way to build
something distributable.

Almost enough to make me miss Visual Studio.
