Interesting business model. Seems almost everyone else in the
online-age makes (perhaps non-NDA) information available gratis. We all
understand that VSI is over-time and probably over-budget but it's
difficult to imagine there's any money (even indirectly) in the likes of
"Ask the Wiz" reboots. Or have I misunderstood "VSI direct support
customers"?
