Long gap between first boot an Alpha has something to do with it.
Not unexpected, because I'm sure once it booted VSI found more 
bugs, as well as fixing all the hacky bootstrap things. When it's
good enough to attempt the test suite, that'll be the test. 

For me, plenty to do. Some Linux porting work, some waiting for
OpenVMS/x64, some trying to get my  head around Multinet^JVSI/TCPIP.
