[Info-vax] Anyone ever seen this before ?

Getting the error message below from WRQ Reflections12;  

This settings file c:\users\????????\Desktop\Generic_colo.r4w" was specified on the command line, but could not be found


The above error message comes up when I launch 'Host - ReGIS Graphics'
It worked fine on Windows 7 but generates the above message on Windows 10.  The ???????? is a users name and commented out here.  The file it claims cannot be found is on the PC in the directory mentioned in the error message.
