[Info-vax] DECnet-plus question

I just got dragged into a situation where someone needs help with a VMS-6.2 application still running on a pair of VAX-6340 machines. Support-wise, this system appears to be an orphan but has been running with no professional attention for more than a decade (how cool is that?). So I was dragged in to offer some advice on how to change some DECnet routing only to discover that these systems are running DECnet-plus (which I have zero experience with)
Question-1: does anyone know of any available cheat-sheets comparing NCP commands (like "SET HOST") to NCL commans?
Question-2: this old system does not appear to have any support for DECwindows/Motif ("I think" an additional license was required) but much of the stuff I read yesterday afternoon claims that "Network Management" with "plus" was accomplished graphically by running "sys$system:net$mgmt.exe" to invoke a GUI. Did this ever work with VAX?
