[Info-vax] Help with JAVA80 Install on a Freshly Upgraded OpenVMS 8.4-2L1

As I am here does anyone know where I can find the VSI-I64VMS-HPBINARYCHECKER-V0102-2-1, is it on the HPE website somewhere or VSI? Goole gives me some release notes on HPEs website but nothing else.
