Yes, doing that too. On a PC with ReflexionX running, doesn't work
too bad. I even run DECW$SESSION from one of my systems, and from
there, start terminals on other systems using decnet task to task.
I did not want the VMS based motif windows manager to take over, 
though,
so renamed DECW$MWM.EXE to something else so that it does not get
launched.

On Unix, using the standard X server works too, but requires a lot of
XMODMAP to get the keypad working in LSE (using a Linux Mint distro,
may be there is a better one).

In both cases, this recreates almost the same work environment as a
good old VAXstation. Nothing can beat that... Just a pity that DECterm
doesn't recognize the mouse wheel.
