OpenVMS Terminal Fallback Utility Manual
AA-PS6BA-TE  OpenVMS AXP Version 1.5

This can be found easily on the wild wild web, but so far not on the HPE 
or VSI sites.

According to the OpenVMS 8.4 release notes, TFF received a minor update 
in OpenVMS 8.2 which references the manual.  That manual was not found 
with the other OpenVMS manuals.

What I do not see in the manual is how to add your own translations to 
the library, which is what it looks like El SysMan is looking for.

The updated GNV and VMSPORTS packages have wrapper for the crtl iconv*() 
routine to both fix some bugs and allow them to use the same names as on 
at least one Linux distribution.
