Adding to what Clair said, DECnet Phase IV is substantially smaller and less complicated than
DECnet Phase V, which is why we're working on Phase IV first.
Also, anything that touches the SVAPTE data structure needs rework, as that construct does not
exist on X86.
In some cases, the cell IRP$L_SVAPTE was used as a generic pointer, in which case the
changes are minimal.
If it points to an actual SVAPTE, then the changes might be non-minimal.
