Having made major contributions to the Phase IV and Phase V ports to Alpha,
I concur that's the correct porting order.  Watch out for the MAP_TO_SVA macro if it still exists...  Maybe Phase IV is enough to keep customers happy and VSI won't need to port the bloated Phase V :-)
