Sketchy, yes.  Perhaps we must await to discover, when details are 
available.

However, if VSI wants VMS cluster to be used, they need to shove it in 
front of as many faces as possible.  Not allowing users of the CL to 
discover the advantages of VMS cluster (assuming there are advantages) 
and taking that information to their places of employment would be 
shortsighted, yes, even stupid.  I cannot imagine, since the CL is for 
non-commercial usage, any reason for not including VMS cluster.
