Not sure what you're asking.  Not sure you know what you're asking.

BLISS is a language, and compilers exist for various operating systems, 
including VAX/VMS, Alpha VMS, itanic VMS, PDP11, not sure what OSs.

If an application runs on VMS, does it matter if it's DEC's, Compaq's, 
HP's or VSI?  x86 might be an issue.  Only VSI will have an x86 version 
of BLISS.

If I wasn't so lazy, I'd try it on VSI Alpha VMS V8.4-2L1.
