VSI Community Program software distribution for I64 has Bliss - the
one for Alpha does not have Bliss.
And the version that installed fine on HP VMS Alpha does not install
on VSI VMS Alpha.
It obviously have to exist inside VSI - they need Bliss on Alpha.
But is it available outside VSI?
I would expect so. There must be some ISV's with Bliss code.
I do not really need Bliss, but I am checking some things.
