Pending any release of any hypothetical VSI rebranded and/or VSI 
updated OpenVMS Bliss kit....
Load the Freeware Bliss.
It'll work.
At most, you'll need to use the provided VSI installation kit migration 
tool to permit the kit installation prerequisite checks to pass.
