Ohio State University had random sampling of its students during the fall term
(it you were picked, compliance was compulsory). Positivity rate for them was
several times lower than for the state of Ohio as a whole. It could be that college
students had better discipline, or it could be that the state-wide numbers show
a bias in the sampling. Or perhaps the University's isolation and quarantine program
for handling students that tested positive was very effective at controlling the spread.
