It is called learning from experience. I doubt any country in the world
has the same strategy they had at the beginning.
Yes, I would have decided differently, but in hindsight most things are
easy to guess. Nevertheless, as Jan-Erik points out, the only
interesting statistic is the number of deaths per capita, and many, many
countries are doing worse than Sweden here, even those with "better"
strategies. This doesn't necessarily mean that Sweden had a better
strategy; for a variety of reasons, there are in general fewer contacts
than in some other countries.
