[Info-vax] VAX VMS going forward

I've gotten some non VAX/VMS license prices out of Jon Fellman.
One of my customers successfully purchased permanent BOE and DFG licenses for OpenVMS/I64 from him.

He's legally reselling licenses that were used on HP(E) leases that have concluded.

I doubt any VAX/VMS licenses are available from terminated leases.

Apparently if you ask for licenses he doesn't have in hand
he just doesn't bother to answer, based on my experience.
Curious way of doing business, but he has a monopoly.
