Scott,
     thanks again for responding.  I think that will be beyond the comfort levels of the onsite; they may want to get a technician to come in to do the work (or maybe pay HPe to do so).  Hard to say.  (they're in another country so we're not going to go out to do it).

     I'll let my management know.  Maybe they will prefer that we host their data and applications here on our integrity box over paying that service.

     This is the second RX2800 there that has had problems; we have 2620s and 2660s elsewhere that just run like the VAXen of old; no problems beyond occasional disk failures.
