[Info-vax] OT? Island Computer testimonial

I hope that this note is not in conflict with any rules, but it is important to get the word out.

I recently had a hardware issue that required the acquisition of some parts.  I sent an Email to David at Island and received a response within hours, even though the initial inquiry occurred after normal business hours.  Not only was I surprised, but a followup reply was also answered shortly after.

This type of response is almost unheard of these days.

A few days later after the requested info was gathered, I supplied that info on a Sunday evening only to get another response later that night.  Again, who does that?

All I can say is Kudos and a good job for providing excellent customer service above and beyond my wildest expectations.

A well deserved thank you and recommendation to use Island for your hardware supplier.
