He helped us out once on a Memorial Day weekend customer outage that got complicated; it ate both of our Memorial Day holidays (and the preceding Sunday and following Tuesday that were supposed to be vacation days for me) but he stayed with us and at work to make sure a system got overnighted out.
Some time before that he late night overnighted a replacement DS10 power supply to us on almost no notice.
And he keeps putting up with us when customers are on again/off again on quotes and purchases and things drag on. I just wish I had the money to spare to buy a newer home/hobby system; I know where I'd get it.
