Right, but who installs the application (no, no DEVOPS stuff), does
trouble-shooting, makes backups (say, of the database, not VMS BACKUP),
archives log files, and so on? I know many people who do that. What
about Jan-Erik? Isn't he like that (i.e. neither end-user, nor
developer, nor system manager, at least not mainly)?
