While I don't know the numbers, I'd say we're paying more to move to a upscale location.  More glass and chrome.  We went from being down the street from a Subway to being down the street from several high-end restaurants, a shopping mall, and a large Wegmans grocery store.  From that perspective, it is a big upgrade.  The downside is traffic and commute.  Fortunately, COVID has us working from home at this point
