We went from being down the street from a Subway to being down the street from several high-end restaurants, a shopping mall, and a large Wegmans grocery store.  From that perspective, it is a big upgrade.  The downside is traffic and commute.  Fortunately, COVID has us working from home at this point

My mistake then, sorry. I saw VSI moving from what appeared to be a
dedicated building to what appeared to be a business suite, and along
with you moving your infrastructure to a dedicated hosting site, had
wondered if cost cutting was the reason.
