I just tested that same version of vup.com on CharonAXP (on an Intel i7-3770K (overclocked to 4.6Ghz), and 16GB 2400MHz RAM) running OpenVMS 8.4-2L1 with 4x EV67 and 8GB RAM.  I get:
Approximate System VUPs Rating: 877.0
