I too do most of my email on VMS.  When emails are HTML or base64 encoded,
I read them on my Mac or Linux.  The crux of what I get these days is SPAM.
It's easier to delete a large volume of email on VMS than it is on most of
the GUI mail toys.  The worst is the Gmail on my Android tablet.  I almost
never use the Gmail and it receives pretty much nothing but SPAM.  DELETE,
DELETE, DELETE ad infinitum.  If only it had a DELETE/ALL.
