Thanks for the correction.  Yes, Kednos does own the IP, Tom Linden has
passed (as John noted, back in April 2019) and I did previously work
with Kednos (and Tom).

At the moment I am keeping the license generation alive for hobbyists.
I do own the DNS records and have the Kednos archive tapes in my
posession.

Beyond that, everything gets very murky and muddy...
