It seems very unlikely to be a typo.

It explicit mentions SQLMOD to be converted and as far as I know that
it only available in Rdb not in Oracle DB (Oracle Classic).

The text explicit mentions hosting on VMS as an option.

But it is not clear what database that would be.

Something is not adding up.
