OK. I must confess that if this had been me, I had just used
the 3400 licenes in SIMH and neither ask or tell about it.
I do not see what on earth it can matter...

And probably try to use a disk image of the 3400 system disk
as the boot disk in SIMH. I do not remember, was the 3400 system
still operational so that it is possible even make a disk image
of the system disk from that system?
