[Info-vax] Clustering V9.2 with V7.3, was: Re: VSI OpenVMS V9.1 Field Test beginning.

I really doubt how widespread clusters are and especially in the future when running under VMware there may almost never be a need for most users.

It is scary how quickly compared to in the past and physical, that I can boot a small 20 vCPU/256 GB MS-SQL Server to the available for users point. Granted that in the past I'd be checking the physical memory during boot and not skipping those ECC type checks so it's not apples to apples.

OK, but considering that clustering is something rather essential to
many users, it seems strange that the field test doesn't include the new
protocol.
