Back in the peak days of DEC and shortly before black Tues when DEC stock dropped by approx. 50% in less than 2 weeks, there was a rumour internally at DEC that stated the BOD was considering buying some small networking company called ..... Cisco.

With stock drop, idea was also dropped, but under an alternative universe .....
