Doubtful, and you've likely already proven that.
Best assume everything that not explicitly marked as 64-bit as 32-bit.
In this part of the tell, I'd be surprised if OPCOM and inosculate
parts knew from 64-bit wads of ASCII.
It'd be nice to see a 64-bit compatible indication throughout the doc,
but then I'd rather see any effort expended here used for deprecating
32-bit entirely.
Discussions of language-specific and UTF-8 encoding left for another time.
