I expect so... unless I'm missing something. Couldn't find doc that
stated support one way or other so was just hoping that perhaps
my failure was my own and not absence of support. Most of the
systems services and RTL routines that I've had need to use in a
64 bit environment were so aware... unfortunately seems this one isn't.
