No he didn't. You are the one harping on about costs David, and
the fact you keep going on about cost reveals your limited thinking
on this matter.

You are the one so clueless about what is being discussed that you
originally thought I was defending HPE when I started talking about
this because you simply could not understand how current behaviour
can affect free or low-cost availability of products in the future.
