Obviously, the new hobbyist license refers to x86, and if VSI gets the 
impression (as has already been indicated) that people don't care about 
the legal stuff, then some might (ab)use it rather than buying a license 
for x86 for non-hobbyist stuff.

That VAX is dead is beside the point; the point is whether the community 
can be expected to abide by terms it disagrees with (which is the whole 
point of terms; if everyone agrees, then none are needed).
