No, at least for VAX/VMS.

Since you have seen this message, you will have hopefully seen the
followup messages which list the various features missing from VAX/VMS
which are present in modern VMS versions.

Those lists are a good summary of the situation and I have nothing
extra to add to them.

Depends on your setup. On the Alpha emulator, I just use the images
directly instead of burning media.
