MultiNet V4.4 does not work with VMS V4.x.  I don't believe even
MultiNet V3.5 will work with VMS V4.4.  Since Cisco owned MultiNet
during the V3.5 to V4.0 transition, you'll be looking for a version when
it was owned by TGV or prior.
