[Info-vax] Multinet for VMS 4.x operating systems.

Ok, I now got it.   I checked my own software library and already have
Multinet 4.3 that only support VAX/VMS 5.5-2 or above and VMS Alpha 6.1 or
above. I downloaded them from Process in 2003 when SIMH VAX was introduced. 

Then we have only one copy of CMU IP 6.3 for VMS 4.x support.

MultiNet V4.4 does not work with VMS V4.x.  I don't believe even MultiNet
V3.5 will work with VMS V4.4.  Since Cisco owned MultiNet during the V3.5 to
V4.0 transition, you'll be looking for a version when it was owned by TGV or
prior.
