Actually, I thought DEC only sold the rights to develop the PDP-11
operating systems to Mentec and that HPE, to this day, still actually
own them.
IOW, I thought the VSI licencing agreement with HPE is basically a
repeat of what DEC did with Mentec.
However, I may be wrong about this, so could someone confirm if I am
right or not ?
