Yes, it actually _is_ limitations in the car if it's an older car they
are driving and they are seriously injured or killed in a crash as a result.
There's a reason why more modern cars have enhanced safety features
designed to help reduce the injuries to the driver if they do crash.
The same reasoning applies to operating systems as well.
