The question was "Where can I buy a modern affordable PowerPC desktop

That makes servers irrelevant.

About 1/10th of that,
The 4765 box has 4 cores, 8 GB RAM, 128 GB SSD and no graphics.
Dell sell a 6 cores, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD, som cheap graphics and
a Windows license for 510.
