[Info-vax] PWS433AU thoughts

My PWS currently has HPE 8.3, with TCP/IP Services, and was upgraded 
from 7.3 () with TCPWare some time ago.

I need to move to VSI 8.4-2L1 to move to the VSI CL, and want to move to 
TCPWare as I have with FreeAXP

Am I better doing a fresh install (accepting the error on install, which 
seems to seems to do no lasting damage) of 8.4-2L1 or upgrade the 
existing setup?

I am aware there is a load of carp left on the old system disk, so I am 
attracted to the fresh install


Any thoughts/recommendations?
